RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We thank you for your purchase, and sincerely hope that you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (quality issue), you may return it to us for a store credit only i.e. refund to your e-wallet.
Sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned. However, for a defective quality issue, please contact us on the email indicated on our Site to arrange for a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery date. All returned items shall only be accepted if in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges (at point of delivery) shall be borne by Gilani’s Supermarket Limited.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least Three (3) working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed into your e-wallet.
